IQVIA is a multinational company that provides health information technologies and clinical research to leading pharmaceuticals. I was hired to design a data mining tool that would oversee the production process.
Understanding the process
The first step was to identify the different personas and conduct 1-1 interviews to understand their goals and pain points. The advantage of working on an internal tool is that I could get instant access to users any time of the week.
Constant feedback and 1-1 usability testing helped shape the tool and move the project in the right direction.
